  • 1/2 banana if you are on a LOW POTASSIUM DIET – use blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


  • Toast the waffles and add the bananas, hemp hearts and maple syrup. Enjoy!


* For a lower potassium modification, substitute 1/4 cup of blueberries for the banana.
