I decided not to give a specific recipe for this video. The main point of this video is that I want you to learn to cook without a recipe. I create many of my favorite dishes “off the cuff” and then struggle to repeat the recipe a second time. That’s the fun of improvisational cooking.
Here are some basic tips that will get you started. Let me know what you think!
-Stock your fridge and pantry with healthy ingredients
-Learn to chop
-Experiment with different combinations of vegetables, grains, nuts, beans, and lean meats.
