Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Earth Balance
- 1/2 banana if you are on a LOW POTASSIUM DIET – use blueberries
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Toast the waffles and add the bananas, hemp hearts and maple syrup. Enjoy!
Notes
* For a lower potassium modification, substitute 1/4 cup of blueberries for the banana.
