16 Jun Smoothie Recipe (Low Potassium)
Here is a quick and healthy smoothie with hemp seeds – which I find gives it a fuller flavor and adds some protein and fiber to the drink.

Smoothie Recipe (Low Potassium Version)
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2/3 cup ice
- 1 cup rice milk
- 2 scoops Dietician approved protein powder
- 2 - 3 tablespoons hemp hearts or chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend. Add more ice or liquid to achieve desired consistency.
