Earlier this fall, I had the privilege of visiting my favorite restaurant in Greenville (SC by the way), The Anchorage, and spending time with the 2018 James Beard semifinalist, Greg McPhee. He shared two recipes during the taping and the best way I can describe it is a “masterclass” on how to cook fresh vegetables and produce. I learned new techniques and inside secrets that can be used at home when I’m cooking for my family and friends.
