15 Feb Smoothie Recipe (High Potassium)
Here is a quick and healthy smoothie with hemp seeds – which I find gives it a fuller flavor and adds some protein and fiber to the drink. Are you on a low potassium diet? I’ve got a version for that too!

Smoothie (High Potassium Version
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 peeled orange or 1 peeled clementine / tangerine
- 2/3 cup ice
- 1 cup almond milk or Greek yogurt
- 2 - 3 tablespoons hemp hearts or chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingrdients to a blender and blend well.
