Healthy(ish) Buffalo Chicken Dip


8 ounces softened lower fat cream cheese (or Neufchatel)
8 ounces soft tofu
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons of your favorite low sodium hot sauce (100 mg or less per serving)
3/4 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
2 cups shredded chicken breast
Fresh veggies (such as lightly steamed broccoli and cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumber)



1.  Preheat oven to 350º
2.  Mix all ingredients (except chicken and fresh vegetables) in a food processor and process 2-3 minutes until smooth
3.  Combine sauce and shredded chicken breast in a oven proof dish
4.  Heat 20-25 minutes until bubbly
5.  Serve with veges and whole wheat pita bread
