  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso


  • Place the oat milk in a small saucepan. Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, vanilla and agave syrup. Heat over low heat, stirring with a whisk. When the milk begins to boil slightly, remove from heat and place in a glass.
  • Prepare the espresso shot in your mug.
  • Whisk the mixture of oat milk and pumpkin puree with a milk frother for 1 minute and pour into the mug with the coffee. Enjoy immediately.
