Quick Cinnamon Apples
Instructions
- Heat a large, deep sauté pan over medium heat
- Melt butter in the pan
- Add apples and cinnamon and stir to coat
- Add ¼ cup of water
- Cover and simmer for 5-15 minutes until apples are cooked to your desired consistency.

OTHER YUMMY IDEAS FOR CINNAMON APPLES:
Use apples for oatmeal or pancakes, or top with Greek yogurt (they are also fantastic with a little vanilla ice cream). For a lower carbohydrate and more diabetic friendly version, eat only 1/2 of an apple
